"The room was large and furnished well. We had a small maintenance issue that was quickly resolved. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that there was very little Christmas decorations. Lights on the wreaths on the back of the building and some sort of Christmas decoration on the tables outside the elevators would be small but effective changes."
