"The Luck Esan medium room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom. The shower, airco, wifi, lighting, frig, flat tv all operated well. There is cupboard space, table, chair. The staff is friendly and efficient. A large Lotus supermarket and an 711 is within a 5 minute walk. The hotel has no lift. A ground floor room with microwave and free coffee is nice to use. "

"Booked to stay in one of the shared dorms, but they gave me a room with two beds. The facilities like the bathroom and room were basic, but clean and functional. The common areas like the hand washing and kitchenette area were also clean. The room was really only large enough for the the two beds, with a nightstand for each bed being the only other furnishing. The beds were soft by Thai standards, but okay. "Ubon itself has taken a hit from the closure due to co-vid. This place was nicely kept up despite obvious lack of business recently. Nicer than others I visited nearby. Little too well lit at night. I'll bring my eye shades next time. Local stray dogs not as aggressive as many places in Thailand are having problems with. Especially at night. A short safe walk to the airport. "Easy check-in Staff were very helpful Very close to the main street where there were plenty bars, restaurants and temples to visit. Air-conditioning worked fine. Two bottles of water to the apartment every day Free tea, coffee, juice and biscuits in reception for guests to help themselves to. I would recommend this hotel if you were staying in Ubon for a few days"

"Room was a good size, clean but the bathroom was very small. Hotel has 5 floors and an elevator, we used the stairs (3rd floor). Breakfast was Thai, with toast, coffee tea, juice, fruit, salad bar, eggs, and some sweets"
