"The Orchid Suites is a group of darling condos in the Royal Palm Hotel conveniently situated in walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. The room we reserved was the Yellow Orchid, ours full of light with large windows overlooking the surrounding neighborhood of terracotta roof tops and lush foliage. "I have no issue with checking in my room and after seeing the room that I booked online is the same one in person. The rooms are well kept each one I have been into. If I need towels,quarters,to extend my stay,garbage bags etc I am accomdated. The staff here in general are nice. The kitchen has a working stove,a toaster, and no leakage coming from the refrigerator also a coffee machine. Convenient area for me to move around."

"Very clean room with a nice view of the downtown area. Great pool and hot tub. The Banter restaurant servers are pretty slow and unorganized but the rest of the hotel makes up for that. I definitely will return to sray there again."
