"Hotel bei Ebookers war bezahlt. Und bei Unterkunft musste ich nochmals 228 000 kolumbianischer Peso bezahlen. Ich dachte das ist Kaution. Wie ich feststelle. Habe ich nun dieses schlechte Hotel doppelt bezahlt. Nun habe ich eine Buchung in einem anderem Hotel. Wieder über Ebookers. Und die wollen nun auch wieder Geld. Obwohl bezahlt.. funktioniert ebookers nicht. Oder machen das die Hotels in Kolumbien so. Fühle mich nun betrogen und hätte gerne das Geld zurück."

"The room was small but adequate. It had a large wardrobe for our clothes. It had a nice medicine cabinet in the bathroom. They have refinishing the woodwork throughout the hotel. "Deze locatie is geschikt wanneer je een echte basic ervaring wilt. Breng zeker ook je eigen eten mee en wel alvorens je naar de locatie toegaat. De weg 7 km er naartoe is bijna onbegaanbaar voor normale auto's. bij aankomst was onze boeking onbekend. De kamer had geen airco of enige bescherming tegen ongedierte door de deuren of ramen heen. En we hadden geen stromend water. Het winkeltje heeft nauwelijks assortiment en het restaurant nauwelijks hygiëne en smakelijk eten"

"Hotel seems to have been very nice at some point however it isn't kept up and is lacking maintenance. Difficulty checking in as reservation couldn't be located. Bed was clean and comfortable, furniture is good quality. Was handed a single pool towel and tiny soap bar as amenities. Floor was dirty. Bathroom was missing hardware, soap bits and debris on shower floor, flimsy shower door falling apart, recycling buckets used for trash with dirty lid, soap dispenser empty and crusty. Tried...
