"Bathroom door couldn't be locked, not enough towels and when asked twice they said they would be sending some towels in the room which never arrived. Breakfast was great (we paid for it while booking). Parking security was excellent. The parking staff maintained a continuous watch. "

"The front desk was able to accomodate our request for early check-in and we were very grateful. The room was very comfortable with blackout drapes which made sleeping easier. If you can, have a meal at the restaurant. We were very pleased with the fresh food served. It was delicious and very fresh. The shuttle to the airport was helpful."
