"We liked beach and some staff at restaurant. Steve was fantastic and empathetic. The rest does not deserve any positive comment. It was stress and torture. We were not able to enjoy what we paid for. Dirty, not supportive Management, limited cleaning service, Julia was great, mattresses with blood stains, wet, ants, dirty garden with cigarettes and broken glass, the door was not opening with key, every day we needed to walk back to the reception and sometimes waiting up to 2hrs to enter the...
