"The Ritz Carlton is not the nicest hotel I have ever visited but the hospitality is unmatched. Not a single bad experience. Everyone we encountered was welcoming and gracious. Room and bed are extremely comfortable. Quiet halls. Gym is well equipped with modern equipment.
The only things I would change are:
1) a yoga studio or place to stretch at the gym
2) move the smoking area farther from the front entrance. For an upscale hotel, one should not have to inhale cigarette smoke while waiting...
