"Jeimy is the general manager and she was very polite my entire stay. Helpful at check-in and allowed me to do so a couple hours early, because the property was fairly empty at the time. It does get very busy mid-week and the weekends. I stayed here in 2024 and had an awful experience. The manager at the time was rude and spoke to me in a way nobody in hospitality ever should.
