You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. "Clean and modern budget hotel. Good to reach by bus and centrally located in Berlin Köpenick. Good breakfast. Only downside was Long before breakfast time ended, a lood of foods were taken and not refilled by staff. Beside of that a good place to stay for a short Trip. BR"
