"Unique places to stay in a prime location to everything. I would highly recommend. Just be cognizant of the bathrooms in the rooms having frosted glass. Depending on who you go with it could be a little awkward while using the bathroom. (Thankfully that was not the case for me!)"
"Hi,
Everything was very nice overall, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. However, I did notice that the gluten-free options at breakfast were quite limited.
Additionally, there were no clear labels indicating which products were lactose-free or gluten free. As dietary needs like gluten and lactose intolerance are not uncommon, it would be wonderful to see a wider variety of gluten-free and lactose-free options, clearly marked, in the future.
Thank you again for the otherwise pleasant experience!"
"Great property! The rooms are big for London, very clean and modern. The location is excellent - close to trains and buses to go to any area of London, walking distance musicals, restaurants, and attractions like Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. Highly recommend"
"Great hotel, staff and location. We had a beautiful view of the London Eye from our room. Only small downsides were the shower had small amounts of mold and we could hear traffic and trains through the windows, but no big deal at all. "
