"We had a small issue in the room, but Masahito Yoshitake-san assisted us and followed up our case until it was resolved. It only took a few days and was a minor issue. But we felt like we were given a lot of attention for it and deeply appreciate the fix and follow up. We were checked into the hotel for 1 week and had access to the lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks. The Club breakfast was mostly the same, rotating only a few things. But I did have their freshly made egg...

Our only downside was that there were only 2 pillows on the bed, 1 each for 2 guests sharing a double bed, and unfortunately there were no extra available when requested which lead to a restless nights sleep."
