The staff was super nice, everything there was perfect. Take the breakfast option when you do your reservation it's really good and worth it. The only con here is the beach it's not the best in Bali but it's very close to some of the best beachs on the island. Enjoy

Get rid or upgrade the souvenir shops at the corner of the property. They look terrible given the overall nice surrounding of the beach. There are two located between the hotel and ocean, one in each corner. The goal when you sit on the lounge chair is to relax and enjoy by the beach; What I have noticed is that people that sell items at the souvenir shop make a lot of noise and spit on the ground(kind of gross & disgusting). Other than that, no complaints.
Very maintained property with Excellent staff. Convenient location with walking access. The loved the Roost and the infinity pool on the 6th floor. Its location is ideal because its sits at the entrance to the Nusa Dua strip.
The exterior decor, the restaurants are conducive to a totally relaxed vacation. The staff, without exception, made our stay such a memorable one. The food was outstanding, the setting beautiful.
We will definitely return to this gem.
The hotel staff was really helpful. Hotel management responded to our inquiries prior to arrival. Facilities were clean spacious, and comfortable, the only observation is the smell in the hallways. The pools were clean and beach access was OK.
Food was a bit of disappointment as breakfast has limited options. I recommend that the hotel serves fresh fruit juices during breakfast, better coffee, and increase menu options.
Before I left I read travel reviews and they were very helpful. My turn. This hotel is great for a beach holiday. Darn hotel was too nice, we never left. We were upgraded to a bungalow. The room was much nicer but it was at the front of the hotel and the street noise was loud. Bungalows are in buildings with 4 up and 4 down. Corner room with large lanai. Very quiet resort on the bay side; lovely pools; friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast; very nice happy hour cocktails. I wanted quiet relaxation so this was perfect for me, but some people complained it was "too slow". The sister property on the beach side offers more action. Wonderful stay. Staff was exceptional from cooking me breakfast after sleeping in and missing buffet, changing my room when there was a problem and even sending 2 staff to help me, then offering me free dinners my remaining nights, then letting me use their phone to call my bank long distance when there was a problem.
