"The environment and room hygiene were too poor because other guests smoke indiscriminately. Customer service was poor. I had to check out 2 days ahead of my scheduled check-out. Most amenities advertised on their site don't exist. Difficult to locate the place, as there are not enough billboard indicators, etc"
