"Check in was exceptional, really welcoming and helpful. We booked parking and were able to leave the car in the garage below, but just be aware if you have a large car the entrance is quite tight - reception staff guided me in and out and helped bring luggage in. There is public parking outside also. Reception is in a lounge/bar which also doubles as a breakfast room. It is a really pleasant place to sit and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
