"Great base for exploring Birmingham, convenient for public transport (although the bus does stop at midnight on Saturday!) Comfortable, if basic - the one recommendation I'd make to the owners is to get a curtain for the back door, as you do get woken up by the sun in the morning"

Great little well equipped kitchenette with a decent sized fridge and ice box big enough for several frozen pre-made meals. We love the ability to load up a tray for breakfast and take it back up to the room, very convenient. The 24hr fresh coffee is a nice bonus too."

"Very modern, almost new. Super clean and practical apartment. My apartment had an espresso machine and even a washer drier. There is even a pure gym next door if you are member there. Great to have a well stocked convenience store attached too. Great air conditioning too - you won’t want to leave!"

"For the price which compares favourably with a premier inn - the holiday inn express in Birmingham city centre proved a nice surprise and excellent value - all you can eat breakfast, complementary hot chocolate, coffee, tea throughout day and night, the bar was open until 1am, helpful staff. Modern clean rooms. 5mins walk into the city centre. Will probably book again when visiting Birmingham."

"Pleasantly surprised with this hotel whilst attending an event at The Utilita Arena. Staff were friendly and our room was clean and comfortable and looked like it had been recently refurbished."

"Stayed here for 2 nights as we had a concert at the Utilita Arena! Only a 10 minute walk if that to the Utilita Arena, and 15 minutes to the bullring and other areas located within Birmingham City Centre! We stayed in a one bedroom apartment , it was very well maintained and clean! The hotel uses an app which also has the feature of messaging and speaking to a member of staff on reception if this is needed during the stay! All staff we interacted with were pleasant and very helpful!"
