"Upon entering the lobby, I felt the relaxed atmosphere. Greeted by the attendant on duty, she took care to handle my reservation and communicated directions and details. My little dog was welcomed as well! The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was full-on delicious and the dining area filled with fellow travelers enjoying Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
