"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

The property is BEAUTIFUL and the owners provide FIRST CLASS HOSPITALITY. "A great base for ski- in and out with friendly staff and good food. Only negative was the dining arrangements which might be helped by allocating room numbers to tables as experienced in other hotels, and to have 2 set sittings to regulate and accommodate groups and the noise!"

The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. "The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean as are all of the public areas. Very attentive and polite staff throughout our stay in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast was extensive with extras available from the kitchen. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was fabulous. The bar very comfortable and welcoming. We used the spa and again it was clean and an experience to enjoy. Absolutely recommend a stay here."

"The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...

"WARNUNG: Dieses Hotel nicht benutzen, wenn Sie mit einer BMW 1250 GS reisen!!! Das Hotel selbst war sauber und das Personal freundlich genug, aber die Dusche war extrem alt, klein und verschimmelt. Außerdem konnte das Badezimmerfenster nicht geöffnet werden, um zu lüften, da das Waschbecken im Weg war. Es gab zudem keine Möglichkeit, das Fenster für Privatsphäre zu verdecken. Bei der Ankunft haben wir ausdrücklich gefragt, ob wir unsere drei Motorräder abseits der Straße parken können. Uns wurde...
