"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Siamo stati due notti in questo hotel in occasione dell'erzbergrodeo, ottima la posizione in centro del paese, in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la miniera di erzberg. L'unica nota negativa è che la nostra camera aveva qualche problema con la doccia, usciva poca acqua ed era difficile regolare la temperatura. Posto consigliato. "
