"The biggest issue we had was that our children came down with food poisoning and got incredibly sick during our stay. Physically ill all over the room at 2am. Not the hotel's fault and we were ready to clean everything up ourselves. Unfortunately, when we went to the front desk to ask for supplies (paper towels, trash bags, cleaner, etc) to clean up the vomit, we were told no multiple times but the front desk clerk. We resorted to using all the towels in the room and soap from the shower. We...

"The Staff, lovely smiles, clean rooms and a brilliant service, thank you so much, I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel, nice quiet sleep and you can book your day trips there, and the prices are NOT expensive, I did a day trip to Phang nga bay I paid £36.00 well worth the money AND the mini van picks you up at your hotel. "The location of resort and room is so beautiful and romantic. We really loved it and it’s the perfect setting for relaxation. Only downside is no bar and is in a Muslim area but getting a taxi is no problem if you want a non halal meal close. The staff are so friendly especially Mr Annon (excuse my spelling) he is great host. YNWA!"

"Everything wonderful, nice place and staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful and clean room and comfortable bed. There is also a cafe restaurant right nearby with owl, lions, monkey with a nice atmosphere where families can bring the kids to take pictures with the animals. 7 eleven nearby and a lot of street food stalls. Also very accessible if you plan to take the boat to see Phi Phi islands or other islands."
