"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service is excellent, and the fifth-floor room we stayed in, with its sea view, is wonderful. Plus, the hotel has a private beach just 100 meters away, which is amazing."
"This was my first time staying in the Holiday Inn & Suites downtown Nassau.
I was impressed by how nice, clean and comfortable the rooms were; I have stayed in more luxury hotels, and the rooms were compatible. The breakfast was well prepared and offered a variety of choices. And all of the staff was pleasant and welcoming. I enjoyed the convenient walk to the fish fry market and enjoyed a cultural meal while visiting there. I will certainly stay again."
"The location, views and serenity are unmatched. The hotel sits on top of a hill overlooking the ocean and its gorgeous colors and a lush green landscape between the hotel and the water. The stay was lovely, a true boutique hotel."
"Clean property and sufficient for a one night stay if you are just in transit through Nassau. Hotel offers airport pickup and drop offs and the owner is super friendly."
"The room was gorgeous, especially the oceanfront view. I spent Valentine’s Day weekend here, and it was the perfect getaway. I would definitely visit again."
"We had an amazing 3 night stay here. Excellent staff and property. The beach which is about a 5 minute car ride away is also amazing. Best beach we have been on. The staff is very helpful with making sure you get there when you want. Can’t wait to come back here soon."
"Very helpful and cordial staff. Have stayed at this property before and upgrades have been wonderful. Beautiful new dining area! This property is great for an overnight stay or if exploring Nassau. Highly recommend!!!!!!"

Micah has created a lovely boutique hotel that is perfect for transitional stops in Nassau. It is inexpensive but very clean and nice, and Micah will both pick you up and drop you off at Nassau airport, which really adds $40-$50 in savings. I highly recommend this hotel. Micah and his son, Micah are true gentleman.
I really like my experience in the hotel. The hotel looks like a mansion that they turned into s hotel. Not a lot of people in the city might know about it it seems so if you want a taxi driver to take you back, its best to tell them to take you to the restaurant next door called 'sapodilla' It's pretty far away from the main city but there's always a bus that can take us there for $1.25 per person. There's also a nice beach outside the hotel to hangout. And a nice fine dining restaurant...
British Colonial has a great location and beautiful private beach. I was contemplating on staying at Margaritaville or on Paradise Island, but I am so glad we didn't. We tried one day to go to the public beach which is shared with Maragaritaville and it was chaos. We just walked back to British Colonial and enjoyed a nice relaxing afternoon. The rooms are very clean with comfortable towels and linens. Being right in downtown it makes almost all attractions walkable, and it is only a few minutes...
Ok people. I never leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so because you must prepare for your family for the insane prices of EVERYTHING. This place is WONDERFULL. My only complaints are as follows: The staff at the beach and park seem to get annoyed when you ask for a cup of ice or ice water, it likes bothers them for some reason. I think it was because you're not spending money. Our food bill for a family of 4 for 5 days was well over $2200.00, and that was not one alcoholic drink ordered....
My husband and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary at The Island House- a perfect place to unwind and chill. We loved sitting out on our terrace with a view of the marina. The rooms were big and beautifully appointed. We especially enjoyed the rain shower. The food was excellent at the Mahogany House. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night getaway....would definitely come back.
Everyone was above and beyond with the customer service, especially Mr. Carl! The resort felt exclusive Bruce there weren’t big crowds outside or many people in the water at the same time. I’ll definitely be back!
The only down fall that I had about the property. When we where checking out, I received my charges, I was never aware of all the resort fees. Everyday we had resort fees.
Staff failed to make me aware of the fees.
SLS Hotel was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and nice to deal with. We enjoyed all the pools waterpark and Cable beach water was so clear and delightful. Very pretty property. Being an older couple we were surprised to see so many families with children so young. For being a luxury hotel we felt there were too many kids everywhere. We also felt the cost to eat at the restaurants were over the top expensive. Plus no reservation you dont get in. This is our 2nd time visiting...
While booking our flights, Expedia told us we could save a thousand dollars if we staid and extra night on our vacation, but we needed a hotel for the last night - so they booked us at Orange Hill. After a week at Atlantis, Orange Hill was a world away and a perfect way to wind down. Low key and relaxed. Not crowded. From the first view of the free Wi-Fi password written in sharpie on the wall (vs. 21.95 + VAT per 4 devices), to the honor bar (write a check mark under you're room number if...
Best vacation ever! Away from the craziness of Baha Mar but still walking distance to it for easy access to restaurants and casino. Rooms are perfect and we love the pool that’s right on the beach! Great guests and our kids made friends. Perfect spot for family vacation!
First time staying in Nassau and was so pleased I picked A Stones Throw Away. Lovely, friendly staff made me feel very welcome. The hotel is stunning. Real old Colonial charm with all mod cons. My superb room on the top floor had windows looking all around the island and the view from the sun terrace is beautiful. Fabulous empty beach less than 5 min walk. Perfect hotel if you want peace and quiet away from the usual holiday haunts but still only 15 minute drive into the town centre. Will...
This is a gem in Nassau. Close to downtown and an easy walk to the famous Arawak Cay Fish Fry 👍 The facility is fairly new which is a plus but I do hope they could maintain that fresh feal of this property. Easy check in and out, hospitable staff. We also used their shuttle going to Paradise Island and going to the airport - which is an overall good experience. The only downside I see is cleanliness, to be fair we chose to not have our room clean, so no complaints there, But in my opinion the...
It's a 3 star resort that deserves 5 stars. To be honest when we first arrived we were a little worried. It's a dated property and not like the luxury we were used to. We had to remind ourselves how little we paid for the room. We were there for a whole week and decided to make the best out of the situation. And we had a blast! They were very accommodating and helpful to us. Theres a pool that they kept very clean. It's not heated so it's was a bit cool but I still took a swim. They have water...
My wife and I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Ocean Club. Everything was perfect - the room, the service, the food and, of course, the location. This was our first trip to Paradise Island and we learned that the multiple hotels within the resort are geared to different experiences. The Ocean Club is designed for privacy and calm. Our butlers were great, as was every single staff member we encountered. Unlike other Caribbean destinations, there was no pressure for tipping for service and...
We stayed at the Warwick for a week and it was our home away from home. We felt so comfortable and at ease with the neighborhood, the food was yummy, and the workers are so friendly. Thank you Warwick for the hospitality and the incredible moments we had.
The property was amazing! Every staff member was professional, courteous and kind. Our butlers, Anisca and Warren, were top notch, gracious and very accommodating! We love how exclusive the property was. The food in every restaurant was outstanding including room service. The casino is gorgeous and tremendous. We loved that there were different sections of the hotel with all different vibes.
