Beachcombers Hotel

"I booked my stay in 2025 for May 2026. When I booked breakfast was included. The hotel changed it's policy being January 2026 to breakfast available for a fee. They refused to honor my original booking. They also spoke to me as if I lost my mind and I am imagined it all. I contacted management with prove. 3 days later we have heard nothing about my case. Also the room they gave me was not the room I selected. There was no refrigerator to put my meds in. The toilet seat fell off. The bathroom window is mash covering it, so every sound of nature, people walking around, children running can be heard. I never slept. Two twins beds for full-size adults very uncomfortable. The stuff played music with cursing and sexual content while kids are on the property. If you want a true experience of St.Vincent stay somewhere else."

"Amazing stay at Grenadine House. The staff were polite, professional, efficient, and very accommodating. The cleanliness was 10/10, and the food was delicious, but I already knew that from previously visiting the restaurant, which is one of the reasons I chose it as a place to stay."

"It was a lovely time , staff friendly and very helpful. Had no issues, they kept us updated on the happenings, specially the drought causing changes in water pressure etc. Overall, I will stay again. Beautiful facility and it's a nice distance from alot of activities and nothing beats access to the beach."

"Very relaxing and quite resort. I solo traveled and enjoyed every moment of it! Beautiful room with a private pool and right by the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend going to Princess Margaret beach. "

"Awful!! Save your money and don’t book here!! Very over rated! I booked 3 rooms for my family and I and all rooms had dirty and stained bed sheets. Asked to change them and it was still stained bed sheets. I’m not talking about small stains, it’s big noticeable stains! Also, in one of the room toilets, it was not properly flushed so someone else feces was still in there… our batheroom light was flickering non stop. Water pressure for the shower sucked Good thing about this place was the view of the ocean. Oh and the AC was great in the room. Food was OK. Nothing special . Had lunch there Overall, wouldn’t recommend staying. "
