Hotels in Hamilton Island

All the hotel staff service was excellent. Hotel was convenient easy access to the few places on the island especially with the buggy. Breakfast and dinner selections were limited at the Catseye lounge. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. There was a fly when we checked into the room and found a roach in the cupboard. So do clean the utensils and cups before using as there are a lot insects around the island.

The moment we walked into our room at Whitsunday Apartments, the immediate focal point was the ocean view--and it was magnificent! Truly, the room and the view were even better than the advertised photos. The staff was always helpful, cheerful and gracious. It would have been the best vacation ever, except the weather wasn't cooperating and we didn't go snorkeling. This only means we will have to go back--poor us! Lol

The palm bungalows were absolutely great. We had a 5 year old and a 1 year old with us. The hotel staff provided us with a complimentary stroller, high chair, baby bed and anything else we needed. When we put them to bed, we would just sit outside in our bungalow own hammock and watch the sun go down until the kids went to sleep. It was a fabulous vacation and I would recommend anyone to stay there, especially those with kids who need the “extras”.

My husband and I absolutely loved this place. In the middle of a long trip around Australia to meet all his friends and family (I’m American) we stayed here as a break and chance to rejuvenate. The Acacia Villa is gorgeous, feels brand new, and has everything you’d need for a long weekend trip. We loved the gorgeous view, watching the birds, and relaxing in the outdoor bath. The views were absolutely amazing

loved our stay here!! The views are amazing!!! Ocean views from living area and main bedroom. We had cockatoos visit us on the balcony each night even. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. When we had questions, management was kind and quick to respond. Great location for everything Airlie beach as well.

Everything is great (location, facilities, service, ...) but beware Internet access is NOT included (Hotels.com information is contradictory). So, if you really need WiFi, first confirm you will have access.

This property very close to town center you have a massive hill to climb or you can uber up. The heart of reef shuttles are not good for endeavor location if you are over 50 as they don’t stop at your unit you have to bring your own bags up . I’m 72 and if it wasn’t for someone who watched me struggle I wouldn’t have made it up .

Perfect stay in our Cabin, 20min walk from the beachside of Airlie Beach.

We stayed 3 days in August. Delux studio room. Roomy enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room is very clean. Kitchen is well equiped. There are many activities suited for little kids or teenager. It is the main benefit we get not available at regular hotel.

We had a wonderful time staying at Airlie Beach hotel. The staff was super friendly and booked the reef snorkeling tours for us and offered discounts as well. It's right in the middle of the most happening part of the town, with excellent dining options and across from the beach. This is a nice place with great hosts providing good service and authentic smiles. It's a local business that gives you a certain feeling... it's something of the comfort and coziness you have when staying with friends. On the practical side: the rooms are large, nice and include all necessary amenities.
