"This hotel is in a perfect location directly on the sea shore. That is only good thing I can say. We arrived at 14.30 and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive on reception to be told the room was not ready and to go away for an hour. When we returned we were showed our room on the ground floor which we booked as a family room with a sea view and it looked at the carpark. "The location of the hotel is great. It is close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The biggest problem however, was that the hotel was poorly staffed. One person was expected to cook, serve, make coffees for all the guests. By the time a coffee was ready the meal was finished.
