"We were greeted by Barbara several hours before the official check-in and were allowed to store our lugage in the room. Our room appeared newly renovated with a really nice ambience (room 1 at the Ground Level). The kitchenette was Well equipped and the bathroom were great as Well. We ordered breakfast to be delivered next morning. And what a treat! Bled breakfast delivered a basket with loads of local specialities like yoghurt, cheese, saugases and bread - the best breakfast we have ever had....

"Room was very nice, spacious. It had a very big balcony with the mountain view and we had 2 sunbeds there, 2 chairs and a small coffee table. Double Bed in the room was actually 2 single beds put together, but comfortable and quite big. There is a small fridge in the room, but there was no kettle, so if you are a tea drinker, take your own one with you. We had a half board, food was tasty and of good quality. "Upon arrival the staff was extremely helpful and very polite. We had our dog with us and they suggested places to go with him that he would enjoy. They were spot on.
