The apartment is quiet with good sound insulation, even though some windows face a busy street. Suitable for families with children. Recommended."

"I didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel as I was out and about sightseeing in the glorious weather. Bed was comfortable and very little noticeable noise so slept very well. Shower was good and worked as it should and kept clean. Staff were helpful and friendly."

"This is a budget hotel, very central. Rooms equipped with bare minimum for your stay ( towels, bedlinen, hairdryer). Very nice buffet breakfast served till midday. There is also a bar, so you can have a drink before bed. You can walk to Alexander Platz, but be aware it is 4 stops by tram. "

We were concerned of the guests upstairs accessing our apartment. Owner was responsive and gave us clarity, however these conditions weren't disclosed when we rented the space. The check in process (finding the apartment by pictures) was tedious and odd as was the shower in the apartment which only had a hand shower that...

"Numa had the wrong mobile number for me so its text with the check-in code was returned undelivered. However they didn't try our email or to contact us via Hotels.com even though we had paid in full in advance. So it took 1.5hrs to get into our room.
