I asked where to find a broom and washing liquid because, on the only day I ate in my room, I noticed the bottle was completely empty (and seemed to have been for several days) and I could only rinse my dishes (with no guarantee they had been cleaned before my arrival and would be after my departure). The supply closet had neither the broom nor the liquid..."
