"We cannot fault this hotel at all. The rooms were stunning and had everything in them. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were so helpful and appeared genuine when offering help. We loved our 2 night stay and would highly recommend the hotel"

"The word luxury and excellence are insufficient to describe how amazing this hotel and its staff is. We were made to feel like royalty. From receipt of a fresh orchid on arrival to the special treats Ieft in our room daily the whole experience was just perfect. Joanne & Iris on reception made us so welcome and are an asset to the Shangri La as are all the staff especially in the Valley Wing where we stayed. Thank you for making our 25th anniversary so memorable and special xxx"

"Great location. Smooth check in. Very helpful. They accepted my request for a slightly late check out. The nuts in the room (mini bar) though tasted a bit stale even though it was not expired. That's the only minor negative."

"A wonderful hotel, super cool rooftop pool. Luxurious room, heavenly bed and high spec and tech in-room amenities. We couldn’t fault the Como team, they were friendly, helpful and facilitated everything we needed and more. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. A great stay, well done Como Singapore."
