"I had a great staying at Hotel Santo Stefano. The staff is absolutely wonderful; I travelled by public transport and they came to pick me up and take me back to the bus stop. The rooms are very spacious and confortable. The hotel has got a restaurant which is very handy when you have spent a day at the Archive and you are too tired to go out. Thumbs up for Hotel Santo Stefano!"

Travelocity messed up our reservation so the owners were not expecting us, but they handled the situation flawlessly, lodging us in the room we had reserved and treating us delightfully.
