"The best thing about this place was the staff, they were lovely; friendly, helpful and very polite, followed by a really nice breakfast and handy location. But that’s all I can say, the place desperately does need a refurb, behind and impressive regal looking frontage it was outdated and pretty uncomfortable. I did get a free upgrade upon arrival which I was very grateful for. Put those staff in an updated Clarendon and you’re onto a winner!"
