Beautiful family run hotel with excellent attention to detail. Beautiful fresh roses everywhere. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was excellent. Maria Angela could not have done more for us. Thank you so much for the beautiful stay.

Secure parking, clean and comfortable rooms, well located to walk Latacunga, friendly and helpful staff. Only downside (minor) was that the room was over the street, which could be a little noisy at times.

Excellent accomdations and fabulous food! We enjoyed the yoga class to start out our day before hiking the trails. The ponchos to wear around property was a nice touch. Carlos was so kind and friendly.

A truly remarkable experience. Great place. Great service. Great food. The views are amazing and the place was all that we expected. We took the horse ride and it was great. I recommend this place to any wine wanting a relaxing and beautiful experience!

Wonderful place to stay. We plan to return.

The room was very comfortable. The restaurant was very good. Staff very pleasant and helpful. It is very remote so hiking and horseback riding are the options - what I was seeking. Took in the night sky given the darkness that surrounds. The road from the nearest town to the hotel is in horrible condition but being replaced, at least in part. Highly recommend if you seek a remote, stunningly beautiful experience.

The hotel is a marvel and the Manage of Operations Juan Carlos Rios is tremendous--he is everywhere--greeting you upon arrival, getting the bellman to take luggage to the room, park the car, then in the restaurant and even assisting with travel directions for your onward journey. The rooms are large and very comfortable and have wonderful fireplaces that the staff will light for you. The views are magnificent and the restaurant is excellent.
