"Do yourself a favour and avoid this property at all costs. This is not a hotel it feels more like a cheap motel. The room was absolutely unacceptable and clearly not properly cleaned. The bed felt dirty, and the sheets didn’t smell fresh. There was someone’s hair on the bathroom counter, the shower had visible mould, and the shower curtain was filthy. There was also garbage left on the dresser, and when we opened the pullout couch, we found a used, dirty paper towel underneath. To make matters worse, the hair dryer didn’t work. When we contacted the front desk, they offered to switch rooms but mentioned it would likely be in the same condition, which was very concerning. Breakfast was well below any reasonable hotel standard. The food appeared reheated, the bread was cold and stale, and the use of paper plates and plastic cutlery made the experience feel cheap and poorly managed. Several guests came in, looked at the food, and left. I stay in hotels frequently, and for the price paid, this was completely unacceptable. There are far better options available,look elsewhere."

"My family and I spent 2 nights at the Hard Rock Hotel and found it incredibly convenient! The rooms are clean, facilities are all within the factory building- London Children's Museum, The Factory, restaurants, shops, it was fantastic! Especially as the weather was so dreary outside, it was nice staying indoors with everything so conveniently located inside."

"Interesting check in process and very welcoming lobby with flavoured water, coffee and a candy bar! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The “courtyard view” is a strange interior area, but did let some natural light in. My only real complaint was the mattress. Comfortable in its own, but if sharing you could feel if someone was breathing too heavily. The opposite of do not disturb. Not a great sleep because of it. Otherwise, loved the robes, the bathroom amenities, etc. "

"The toilet was clogged when we got there and they just brought me a plunger to plunge it myself because it was after 6pm and there was no maintenance person on site at that time. The ventilation system was also very loud and we had trouble sleeping because of it. "

"We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. I checked in on April 4th, 2026, between 10:30 to10:45 PM. When we arrived, the staff member was in the back room on her phone and asked us to wait. Shortly after, she came to the front desk and completed our checkin without issue. Unfortunately, things changed when we requested two additional towels, as the room only had two. The staff member became noticeably aggressive and condescending toward my wife. With a raised tone and wide eyes, she questioned, “Why do you need two more towels?” We explained that our four year old daughter and mother inlaw were also staying with us. She responded sharply, “You only booked for two adults.” At that point, I stepped in to de escalate the situation and clarified that it was likely an honest mistake in the booking, and that we were more than willing to pay any additional charges if needed. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, she walked into the staff room, returned with two towels, dropped them on the counter, and rolled her eyes as she walked away. This interaction was uncomfortable and unnecessary, and it significantly impacted what would have otherwise been a straightforward stay. "
