"Great room, amenities were great. Chop was a great place to eat. Pool and hot tub was great. The staff were accommodating in switching us from a king room to 2 queen room. The only thing not great was the wifi and they even gave me a code but it don’t work great in our room. Not a huge deal as it worked better in other areas of the hotel."

"Check in was fine. Needed a $300 damage deposit which varied from person to person in our group. Some was $100 others $300. Breakfast was awful. Waffle machine didn’t work and was dirty. Staff fairly indifferent. Hot food was cold in the chafing dishes. Not really to par. Ran out of towels for housekeeping - said they would bring more and they didn’t. Not 100% sure if we had queen beds or doubles to be honest…it was quite squishy. Not what we are used to and it was very mediocre compared to what it used to be like. Staff friendiness fluctuated too. Some happy and helpful - others just glared. Not my fav stay."

"Was good stay. They were renovating our floor entirely for wallpaper and had workers and stuff everywhere. Polite and nice but for over $300 was disappointing in that regard. Rooms not blackout or sound proof. "

"Filthy rooms. Poor breakfast. It had snowed 3 days prior and the parking lot had not yet been cleared. "

"Manager was wonderful, addressed all of my concerns. Pool was small but very warm and my granddaughter loved it!"
