"I always travel with Four Points Sheraton and while I'm traveling in Indonesia I booked mostly Four Points... right from the start we had issues with AC it didn't go lower then 23C.. all the usb plugs were not working, technician said it would take one hour this is unacceptable! I requested an upgrade to a junior suite that I would pay they told me the hotel is full, duty manager called me and offered same room but another floor again AC issues .. breakfast buffet not fresh pastries stale 👎"
"The check-in was extremely terrible. We had proper reservation but the hotel reception was trying to give us a hard time. First, they denied the guest check-in. Then they tried to question whether reservation was the day before but it's not true. Then they didn't accept screenshot of reservation from WhatsApp (with proper reservation number) and forced us to download pdf of the reservation and sent to them. After all these, they told us the hotel was fully booked. It seems to us that they overbooked or not connected well to hotels.com system.
So, we have to contact hotels.com staff right away. After hotels.com staff called them, we could finally checked-in. The entire process took like 40 minutes of frustration.
I would recommend to avoid this hotel at all cost!"
"Staff were super nice and helpful. I cannot remember the front desk manager name, she got my room upgraded and made the check in so smooth. Ezzi front desk manager, and Hari duty manager were very helpful in my checking out. I stayed at the hotel many times, will stay again. "
