Great stay, great hosts and staff. The beach looks like it is from a movie. If you want a beach, you have to stay on the west side of the island due to the sea grass that builds up. The west side is calm with no waves, beautiful, but is about a 30 minutes golf cart ride.

The resort is located a 5-min boat ride away from San Pedro and the resort provided a boat service that was always available at 15-20 mins notice, and the boat captain was highly responsive and helpful, even showing us specific shops in San Pedro that we needed, so we didn't get lost. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was fantastic! We wanted to get away from the crowds and the lines and the towering resort communities. They treated us like we were special, from the cart waiting for us at the airport, to the boat ride to the cabins, to the margarita waiting for us when we got off the dock, to the fact that they called us by name the whole time, to arranging personalized tours, to the gourmet meals, to the genuine towel artistry of the women who made up the rooms, to the choice...

Absolutely fabulous! We will go back! The place was huge! It was so quiet and comfortable and the staff was very accommodating! The kitchen was fully stocked to enjoy a meal in when we chose to do so! We had the 1st floor so we walked out to a beautiful pool and lounging area! My only wish was that they had a swimming area off of the dock so that we could enjoy the ocean more!

Pelican reef villas was a wonderful place to stay with our two young kids! The host Elsa was very friendly and really all of the staff was welcoming and warm. We weren’t familiar with San Pedro but they helped us with directions, restaurant suggestions, complimentary snorkeling equipment, etc. we would definitely go back!

I had a wonderful time location was close to great restaurants bars and beaches . I would definitely recommend and stay there again the locals are very friendly and a stone throw away from secret beach .

Great small location north of the bridge if you want to stay away from the congestion of San Pedro town, but still be a close golf cart ride away. Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, great breakfast, and amazing morning sunrises.

While San Pedro is not for beach lovers since the beach is not usable near this property, there are area attractions to take advantage of such as snorkeling, diving, and fishing. Spend an hour and you'll get to a beautiful beach either in Key Caulker or at the Secret Beach. Renting a golf cart is highly recommendable. We stayed at Belize Budget Suites for four days and absolutely loved it! Lucinda and Jose were so helpful and were there to assist as needed. Lucinda had great recommendations for places to go and provided information regarding golf cart rentals, grocery stores, etc. The room itself was very clean, a/c worked great, and having the kitchenette was a huge plus. Overall, our stay was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and would love to stay again!

This is an amazing Resort. Being our 4th trip to Belize, we have stayed at different places each time and this was our favorite so far. Amazing room and friendly staff! The only downside is, the lack of cart parking. I would recommend having staff park their scooters/motorcycles in a staff only parking area and leave the cart parking area for the guests.

One of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed at. Staff very helpful/courteous. Golf cart rental is fun but pricey. Snorkeling at Hol Chan and Sting Ray Alley are tops. Wish bike rentals were right at resort. Food is very expensive.

It was my first trip to Belize and didn't know quite what to expect. I researched the resort and read the reviews so I decided to give it a shot. I went to celebrate my birthday and traveled alone. If you're traveling to Belize, look no further for accommodations, Babylon is exactly what you're looking for. The entrance may kind of worry you as you're first pulling in, but Babylon aesthetically is even more breathtaking than the pictures. The decor both inside and outside is beautiful. There is lots of outside seating, to include hammocks to enjoy the sea breeze as you're right on the beach in a few steps. This owner needs to teach other people how to service customers. He was EXCELLENT as soon as i booked he texted me introducing himself and how to gain access to the property. Check in was very simple. Location is PERFECT for walking around to explore. I would definitely stay here again. I have no complaints other than I shouldve stayed here the entire time I was in San Pedro.

The room we booked was beachfront and very spacious. The staff was so attentive and kind. Food in the restaurant was also delicious. We happened to meet the owner family who were so nice. The beach was far from the crowded area of San Pedro and water was so clear. You can snorkel and kayak using the equipment provided by the hotel.

I have been to San Pedro several times and stayed in several different areas/hotels. Caye Casa exceeded all expectations that I had. Great location, wonderful staff and beautiful clean rooms on the beach. I can't wait for a return visit!
