"Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. The only negative, our room had no towels when we came in. Then when we asked for 3 because 3 of us were staying, they would only give us 2. C'mon! Never heard of more than 2 people in a room?"

"I like its location, close to airport,it is clean and safe but the receptionist who checked me in looks grumpy, not so welcoming. Did not see her smile at all. The amenities are also great! Love that there is complimentary pool, gym, sauna and steam room. I love the coffee! I only wish that there is microwave in the room. But i will still recommend this hotel to my friends"

"Great location for the airport, but a disappointing end to our holiday After watching positive YouTube reviews, we expected much more from this hotel. Considering we started our Philippines holiday at a beautiful 5-star hotel at Newport, ending our trip at the Belmont was a real letdown and didn't feel like good value for money. The room itself was clean but it was a disappointment overall—the bathroom was tiny, and the towels were old and small. The buffet breakfast was also a major letdown; they ran out of food and plates, and the floor staff weren't attentive at all despite there being plenty of them around. On the positive side, the staff we interacted with—from reception, housekeeping to the porters—were great. The best part of the hotel is definitely its proximity to the airport via the Runway Manila skybridge. The luggage service was seamless: one porter took our bags to the entrance of the walk bridge, and another took over to wheel them right to the terminal entrance. If you strictly need a clean place to sleep with effortless Terminal 3 access, it fits the bill—just don't expect 5-star comfort or a great breakfast to close out your trip."
