"Friendly and helpful staff
Comfortable, clean and well-equipped rooms
Good value for money
Excellent location
Only complaint is the lack of fruit and cereal choice at breakfast - improve that and it’s a top notch hotel"
"Really good place to stay. For the price it is a hidden gem. Although they don’t have a reception here, the person I had communication with through WhatsApp was very helpful. They have WiFi, a/c, and ALL essentials for a long stay. Honestly better equipped than Airbnbs around. I enjoyed my stay here. Approx. 15min walking to the city center but I never took the bus to go there. I like that it was little away from the touristic area. It’s still busy around. Many restaurants and shops around. Easy access to bus stops. The water is about 2 blocks from here and you can just walk down to the city center from there. Real good way to actually explore the city."
"The door of tbe fridge was not closing properly,I prepared a cup of tea on the first day and on tbe 5th day was still there altough I immediately notify the staff at the reception.
Also the door of the shower was too long and evrytime I was taking a shower the water went on the bathroom floor."
"It was bad enough that there was not a complimentary breakfast but even worse that there was no parking, and parking in the neighborhood was really tough. So I had to find a 24 hour parking garage which cost 50 euros for two days. Of course, I was already paying money for breakfast daily. The attendant did give me one parking garage, the first night, which he told me was open 24 hours, but it was not, so I had to find another one somewhere else. Until I was able to find another one, I had to park, the first night, about a 12 minute walk away from the hotel.
The attendant did give us info about one complimentary breakfast that they would send out for, however, we did not like the terms: we would have to give the hotel 30-40 minutes notice and also we would have to eat the breakfast in our room. We did not want to do that."
