The O by Tamara is a beautiful property very close to the Lulu Mall. The entrance was beautiful and front desk very helpful. The rooms are immaculate and the bathroom facilities are very good. No bathtub but the shower was very nice. Food is excellent and I have to make special mention of Robin TS the F&B Manager who went out of his way to ensure that I have meal reservations each day to accommodate my busy meeting schedules. I have been travelling last two decades internationally and the first time I truly experienced the hospitality every step of the way. Staff is always friendly and helpful. most importantly, staff is well trained and always joyful. Great job Management Team

On may 26th, we wete supposed to ck in at 3pm, but after a simple request, they accomodated us at 9am with a charge ofcourse. That was awesome. The staff at the front desk, Mr. Nizam ( operations manager ), the restaurant staff, Ajit & Manish went above & beyond their duties to make sure we are doing good & comfy. Very close to everything in town clean and nice. The only thing I did not like was that in the shower the curtain was too small but rest all everything was excellent give feedback to Property staff about this

The suite created a home away from home vibe. Very clean and spacious, centrally located. The complimentary breakfast was great providing a variety of dishes! Will surely stay there again when I’m in town visiting family

I love staying at this hotel! The staff is absolutely amazing!!! They were available for my every need. The only thing that was not perfect was that they were doing upgrades and construction on some of the rooms. This was perfectly understandable because I was there in the off season. I want to qualify what a couple other reviews said about this hotel. 1) they do now serve alcohol, so don't worry about that, and they would go into town and get anything you need for you 2) It's not entirely in the middle of no where - but if you want to do a lot of sight seeing stay in Trivandrum, this is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the view. Stayed for 7 nights. The hotel has a different charm. It is a oversized house with about 30 rooms. Not a typical hotel look but a very charming place. Its about 300 steps to the beach through the back entrance. Overall very convenient hotel. Nice staff always smiling and willing to help. I stayed for 4 days. Didn’t get a chance to dine-in, so not sure of the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s walking distance from the city center and all its attractions. There are some nice restaurants nearby. It’s easy to catch an auto from the front of the hotel. The location is slightly sketchy.
