"Rooms are very spacious and balconies too. Shower is designed for little people only. One of our apartments had a strong garlic smell. It’s hard to get that out of an apartment but it was unpleasant. Staff very friendly. Location was great."

"We loved the promenade just below the villa, and quick access to the beach. The walk to the port was absolutely beautiful. It is also easy to walk to Zlatni Rat beach. The property hosts were very helpful and accomodating. There are tons of activities for families with young children nearby."

We stayed at Hotel Brattia for four days in July and absolutely loved it. When we arrived, check in was easy and quick. We stayed in the ground floor junior suite and thought the room was lovely. The bathroom was large and we appreciated that fresh towels were provided whenever we needed. The room was very big, with a living room / seating area, a small sink & bar area, and a large bedroom. If you’re going to visit Split, you should consider just one place to stay. This place has it all. Location, great service, nearby parking, stunning views, and a staff that is beyond. Jan was a perfect tour guide and host. Ana was always there with great directions and a smile. The breakfast was lovely and ample. If I could give it 6 stars I would. I NEVER write reviews but felt I had to write one for this new family-run hotel. What a delightful experience! My father has Parkinson's Disease, and this will probably be his last trip abroad. I had to find a hotel that could accommodate his disability (he has to use a walker). You won't find a better place to stay in Split. 3 night stay in this lovely boutique hotel. Great room that combined modern comforts in bedding, air conditioning (much needed in Croatian summer) and bathroom with ancient touches (exposed walls of old building). Staff also helpful and warm to a person--everyone we interacted with from the owner to the bellhop was friendly and engaging. Truly enjoyed our stay.
This boutique hotel worked perfectly for our three nights in Spilt. It is so convenient and easy to get to from the ferry terminal/train station. It was a 3 minute walk to the market and then into the palace walls. As I watched people dragging their suitcases through the palace looking for their accommodations I was so thankful I was staying where I was. This is a family business. The staffs were very nice, friendly and very helpful. The hotel picked me up and drove me to the bus station, which was very helpful. The location and the view of the hotel are unbeateble, both the river and of course the sea view. 5-10 min walking along the river to reach the sandbeach.
The view of the canyons from the beach/ocean ist unbelievable. Very quite location.
I am planning to come back and to stay at the Hotel Villa Dvor again.
We just spent our (too) short break in Villa Mediterranea and it was superb.
Location 10/10. Quality of the new top floor is 10/10, and soft king size beds (with memory foam layer) were my favorite part.
Bathrooms are very modern & very clean and the whole Villa Is highly mantained.
The owners Diana & Tom are super nice and handy.
One thing they may think of is to open a cocktail bar at the pool, it would be just great....
Excellent location in an adorable beach town! We were pleasantly surprised by how charming Omiš is with the Old Town, river through city center, and a beautiful, family friendly beach. The hotel was clean and in a perfect spot.

Great place to stay, located right in the palace and close to everything. The place was very clean, cute and modern. Wifi was strong and service was very nice. Only thing I can think of improving was that shampoo was missing but I had brought my own anyway. Definitely would stay again for value.
Hidden gem in a sea of options. A bit of a hilly walk down to the beach but after eating your weight in beach gelato-it’s a welcome jaunt to get steps in and burn off the calories.
The area is a bit busy but we liked the location to get to other less crowded beaches.
Breakfast was absolutely amazing-I will miss it terribly and will not be able to stomach DIY waffle makers and stale tasteless pastries in US hotels. Staff was helpful and extremely attentive.
