facilities were wonderful, and it was easy to get taxis around the island. The checkin process and area could have been improved and was a bit of a zoo for the 20 minutes we were waiting to check in. There were people everywhere waiting to check into or out of their rooms, which doesn’t really set an initial impression that you’re checking into a hotel that justifies its nightly rate. Overall however, would not hesitate to stay here again. "

"We have stayed here 3 summers in a row. The property is in Ibiza town and close to all the restaurants. At the same time it has parking for your car, so you can drive out to the beaches in Ibiza and are not locked into one location. The rooms are very large with a nice balcony and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. "
