"Amazing amenities but there could be better food options as I am veg and I was eating the same things everyday. Also I feel like communication was lacking. My partner was trying to organise a private dinner but did not get any updates until an hour or so before we wanted the dinner saying they were not able to do it for us. We got engaged on the trip and my partner was trying to organise something with the hotel months in advance but again no one was responded to any of the emails he had sent so eventually had to organise with an external company."

"Loved the place came for my birthday trip and the staff was so nice the rooms where cleaned daily . The food and drinks were also a hit. The three restaurants have food depending on the days but food was really good. And it’s close to the beach for all the water activities"

"The Crane is a beautiful facility. The views are spectacular. The condos are spacious. They could be a little better outfitted for the guests but the staff is responsive and pleasant. Some of the outdoor furniture needs replacement or repair and there are insufficient umbrellas at the pools. One of the pools was under repair. The restaurants are terrific!"
