"I trapped up with my two young children ages 5 and 10.The staff was very friendly, the pool and garden area were kept nicely. The rooms were very clean especially Aunty June she went out of her way to be nice and sweet to my children. The day we were leaving my flight was leaving till six in the evening and they accommodated us with our room that we can shower, which is very nice thank you so much. We’ll be back again.
Thank you so much for all the kindness and tip about your beautiful island Diana B."
"The stay was stressful we had a hot tub in our room that did not work for 5 days of our 7 day stay. We had maintenance men every evening in our room for 3 visits to work this hot tub. As it was our 40th anniversary this was invasive of our privacy. Abidah sent up a champagne which was popped with the intention of enjoying in the feature in hot tub which was a surprise to my husband it never got drunk as hot tub never worked and the whole special experience was spoilt with 2 maintenance me in our room who took 1.5 hours to work then too late to sit in hot tub as dinner was going to finish at 8.30pm. Requested another champagne bottle to relive experience not given. The hotub was either too hot to sit in over 470 celcius scorching or too cold. Requested a room change was not able to do this it was refused. Everyday was stressful arguing with maintenance reception staff who all made out we were not using correctly yet maintenance men had to come and correct each night. Requested to speak to manager not on site! Spoke to other guests on site for their experience who advised their hot tubs worked and did not have maintenance men coming in and out of their room making silly comments like we go to each room to fill and refill every hotub. We sat on our balcony with towels over us waiting for maintenance men each night NOT OKAY! I booked this resort to surprise my husband for our 40th anniversary. The staff advised they have logged this complaint and I am looking for a rebate. "
The Club, Barbados Resort & Spa Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Cleanliness
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-maintained the property is. The rooms were consistently spotless and quiet, providing a perfect retreat after a day in the sun. It’s clear the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, as the common areas and the poolside were always kept in pristine condition.
Hospitality
The true heart of this resort is the staff. Every person I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Whether it was the friendly greeting at breakfast or the bartenders making every evening feel like a celebration, the hospitality here is top-notch. They go above and beyond to ensure you feel like a valued guest rather than just another room number.
If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway where you’ll be well taken care of in a clean, beautiful environment, I highly recommend The Club Barbados!"
