I can't recommend this hotel enough! The stay began with our welcome drinks and a tour of the facilities. Then we were introduced to our bedroom which was simple amazing, the views were spectacular and everything was in pristine condition. Terrific rooms, each with a large outdoor terrace. Very charming. Impressive service. I had to leave an hour before normal breakfast serving hours so the fine gentleman met me in the breakfast room at 630 am and served me a cappuccino and cake and fruit to get me on my way. I hope to come back and stay a week. Fabulous views. The Only downside: its a mile from the ferry terminal and the town center. A pleasant walk once you take a taxi with your bags.

We loved our stay. Everyone at the hotel was helpful, amazing, and professional. Our rooms faced the pool and had large terraces. The breakfast had multiple choices such as meats, eggs, yogurt, cereal, fruit, pastries, cheese, juices, etc. we also had an excellent dinner at the hotel.

Our stay at Hotel Eros was terrific. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the proximity to beaches. The pool was lovely. Breakfast had many options and was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place with a large pool. Rooms were very comfortable. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the shops and restaurants by the port. Not much near the hotel.

The property is very cute and the breakfast is great each morning! However, there are many parts of the hotel that were under construction, either being built or fixed. The hottub was empty sitting by my room, so unable to use that. There were also no staff in the afternoons or evenings when I was there, so I could not enjoy the bar aspect of the outdoor dining area. Owner was responsive and said he was having trouble with afternoon staff. Location is convenient to central Vulcano and various...

Not many guests because of low season but excellent choice for us. The lady at reception did everything, ran the office, cleaned our room, met out needs. She was excellent. Very good location walking from town, easy to find, close to the main attraction: Vulcano. A wonderful and memorable hike.

Absolutely fabulous! The pool was nice, the staff helped with booing excursions, restaurants, and made us a breakfast to go because we had to leave at 3am to get to the airport. Only downside was proximity to the airport. I probably would have opted to spend the last night in Catania just for convenience. But this hotel is a gem.

We arrived at the property a bit tired as we got lost (don’t use Google Maps) and Angela made us feel right at home and offered us an espresso. She showed us the room and described breakfast. The B&B is on the edge of town and has a beautiful view especially when you sit on the roof. You can even see Stromboli in the distance. The room was of a nice size and even had a mini fridge. It was very clean as well. Angela made the morning breakfasts very special even including homemade delicacies....

Beautiful property and very nice welcoming staff

We had an excellent visit- the staff were very helpful. They picked us up from the ferry, had beach towels available, and even packed us a breakfast bag for our early ferry. Breakfast was plentiful, rooms were nice and the whole hotel is very clean and beautiful.
