Staff was great and I would go back. Looked like the pictures and they had amenities like washer/dryer on site. Set up a taxi for me to the airport and had a night person in case of anything.

Great rooftop restaurant, breakfast buffet, and view!

This resort was great! We asked for the buffet breakfast only and it was great with tables and tables of foods to choose from! We dined at the other available restaurants for dinners in the resort most of the time and found them to be wonderful as well. We asked for a balcony with a sea view that we thoroughly enjoyed. Very elegant, friendly, and well mannered. I will definitely have to go back for a second time and only to this hotel because I felt so comfort. Not only that, but it was close to the beach and strip mall where I felt safe. Great food at the hotel and surrounding beach front resturants.

Very good te Parque Hotel Secotel. The staff always ready to help with every thing you can need. Breakfast a must and the restaurant wonderfull. The sorroundings very safe and clean. There is a bus station just 2 Blocks from the Hotel. The best choise cuality-price.

Staff very very helpful with storing our luggage and helping us get around the city on buses. Also arranged early morning taxi to airport!! Thank you so much for a short but lovely stay!

Great location, right next to the cathedral, walking distance to stores and restaurant. Friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms are clean and updated. Really enjoyed our stayed at Masanet Hotel.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Las Palmas. The receptionist who greeted us was super nice and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, with a large bed and nice decorative touches. The roof top patio is nice and has a kitchen for guest use. Our one complaint was the difficulty in finding parking, but the receptionist helped, providing us with their one parking spot for 9 Euro per night. My sister and I enjoyed our stay. We paid for the lavish breakfast buffet and recommend it. The room was spacious and clean and we had a view of the ocean. The only thing that was difficult was getting access to a chaise in the sun near the pool. They were scarce and it was competitive to claim one! The room was clean. However, the cleaning staff did not leave additional packets of coffee yesterday for this morning.

Nice hotel with wonderful service and a beautiful view. The staff was very kind, hard working, and helpful. The price for half board was definitely worth the price and I highly recommend it. The same can be said about the hot stone massage at the hotel spa. We were very happy with our stay here, and in fact spent most of our time on the island at the hotel.

Location, Mas Palomas (south end of island), was not the Las Palmas area I'd thought I was getting. Mas Palmas is prime location for sun-loving Europeans from the north. As such, there are more tourists than natives and restaurants cater to them. Not so much Spanish food or flavor to be found! Hotel facilities are grand.
