"Our first visit to Carcassonne was lovely, stayed at the Tribe hotel with views of the medieval castle from our balcony room 316. Reception staff very helpful, a good little bar serving soft drinks & alcohol. Room was spacious & comfortable, nice shower room/sink with a separate toilet. Good sized TV & air conditioning keeping us cool when it was 37c outside. Definitely stay again."

"Loved our time here, 2 couples celebrating our wedding anniversaries. The location is stunning, the pool and jacuzzi sublime after a bit of sight seeing. I will say the hotel advertise a 24/7 bar however the night porter/bar man was rude and not customer focused at all, very disappointed with his manner and conduct. We will stay again though as the other staff were lovely"

"Very clean, staff very friendly, perfect location to visit La Cité. We parked our 7 mtr Motorhome easily. Gardens were a treat. Everything was well maintained. Great food and good selection of wines. Would definitely recommend and will visit again."
