"Excellent room and facilities. Room and certain other areas such as softplay, could have been cleaner, with dust build up around edges. Some of the hotel seemed a bit disorganised. Booked a takeaway breakfast for an early flight home, and the employee at the front desk claimed that this was not possible. Kitchen staff acknowledged that it had been ordered, but when to check if it was finished and never came back. Kids club activities didn't run to schedule. Pool opening times seemed to change each day. Overall a brilliant hotel for kids, just needs some more attention to detail to be truely amazing."

From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Your hospitality truly made us feel special and comfortable. The spa facilities are absolutely amazing! Everything is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, including the saunas and pools. The massage services were excellent, and our room was spotless, cozy, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The food was outstanding! Both breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations. We also truly appreciated the professional and convenient bicycle rental service. One of the things we loved most about BIRGÉS Hotel is the atmosphere. Although the hotel is luxurious, elegant, and beautifully designed, it never makes guests feel that they need to be wealthy or pretend to be someone they are not. We could simply be ourselves, relax, and enjoy everything in a warm, welcoming, and respectful environment. To us, that is what true luxury and exceptional hospitality are all about. Thank you so very much to the entire BIRGÉS Hotel team for your hard work, dedication, kindness, and outstanding service.
