"Absolutely wonderful! We arrived before the scheduled check-in time, the staff were happy to oblige. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the family room, which has a delightful patio/balcony area with swinging chair. There are fruit trees on the property which you can eat from gorgeous pool area and the food at the restraint was tasty. I’d definitely stay there again. Plus the staff are super friendly and the owner took us for a tour of the gardens, explained the different fruits and speaks pretty good English. It’s about 15 mins out of town (Tarapoto) but well worth it!! "

"The hotel is new and has spacious, comfortable rooms, good pillows, and is super clean, service was provided daily. The management and the hotel were excellent; we felt right at home, one block from the central city. "

"A basic place that was cheaper than other options. Staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly responded to my WhatsApp message asking how to take advantage of their free transport from the airport to the hotel. The Wifi didn't work for me. There was no dining option onsite and no restaurants in the area so you would have to travel somewhere to eat. The room was very clean. My room was far enough off the street that it was also quiet. The hotel seemed a bit expensive for what you got but a bed and a shower was all I needed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."
