Sangli District Hotels

I had booked this hotel for my parents and booked it through Hotel.com. Though the hotel is nice and my parents loved it, they were not happy with the check-in process. Though they have paid for the hotel through hotel.com, the staff at check-in told them it has not and made them pay again. Fortunately, they realized their mistake in an hour and corrected it. Very central location. New facility. Good staff. Spacious room

Property was clean. They have internet though it’s not useful to customers. Every time you have to go to front desk and ask for password. They won’t share it with you and enter secretly on your phone. I did not like the process. Food was good. Staff is friendly.

The property is spread in a big area with lots of cashew trees and open spaces for walking The front of the property is also a waterpark and usually bit busy in season But the best part was the staff and their eagerness to help In particular the restaurant/onsite manager (Abhijit Jadhav) was very helpful and eager to serve
