"Bedroom and hotel very clean, beds comfortable. All the staff very cheerful and helpful. Location excellent beside tram stop. Couple of tram stops from main train station in Krakow and to the old town. Paid for breakfast as part of booking, had good variety of food. Only down side was lack of labelling which I appreciate as someone with food allergies as means I don’t have to speak to the kitchen. Would stay again"

"This was a spectacular hotel and experience. From the moment we arrived to the second we left, each staff member provided exceptional service. We would return here for sure. In addition, their Michelin restaurant, Fortina,, provided a delectable dining experience. This hotel understands the meaning of service. A must if you're staying in Krakow."

"Air conditioner didn’t work. Repeatedly was told it would be fixed and never was. Complained at check out and was finally given $50 off my stay. Unacceptable."

"The hotel is in a good location, directly next to the center square. Everything was walkable, with many dining and pub options. A thing to note about the hotel is that it is connected to a casino. One person in our group tried to find us a bar in the hotel to watch the World Cup Finals. He had to sign many documents in order to get in, due to it being in the Casino. That said, he received a free drink and won money. So, it was a win for him. Another thing to know, is this hotel, along with all hotels within the city center is a "no pick-up" zone. We had to walk a short distance to catch our tour bus to the Salt Mines. The walk was easy and we had no issues with our stay."
