"Close to airport and the largest mall SMOA. Just a short Grab ride. Breakfast had a lot of variety and it was nice. I used the steam room and sauna. Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn’t working so I couldn’t use it. "
"Breakfast was only 3 options and 1 was not available. We were placed on a floor that they were doing construction on. First room we were given the shelf was falling off the wall and the air conditioner did not work. So the moved us to another room and at first it was ok. We went out to dinner and when we got back the air conditioner was leaking a lot of water. They moved us to another room, smaller no window but we were too tired to complain at that point. We were awakened to construction sound of tile breaking and pounding at 6 am! When we told front desk, they said it was almost over but it wasn’t. I had to leave 1 day earlier and with all the problems we encountered we thought that they would at least refund me that last day, but they declined.
The people were nice enough but did not address our concerns.
I probably will not return to this hotel. I have another reservation coming up with the grand west side in Manila Bay, a short distance from Skyport. It is much nicer and only $50 more per night."
"I had a wonderful stay at The Peninsula Manila. The hotel itself is grand and truly spectacular, with an elegant atmosphere that makes you feel special from the moment you arrive.
What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly attentive, and my concierge was always at my beck and call. No request was too small or too much—whether it was arranging for an iron and ironing board to be set up promptly or organizing additional bathroom amenities, everything was handled efficiently and with a smile.
Overall, the level of care and attention to detail made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury and outstanding service"
