Property was great family who runs it is awesome, the only downside is they need to get the internet at a higher level

It was a very pleasant stay. The people that own the hotel are very friendly. The view from our room was wonderful. Plenty of room to park our car. We would be happy to stay here again.

Great property and rooms. We booked a suite for 4 people and it was wonderful 2 bedroom suite. Hotel had many features such as electrical blinds, clean and large bathroom, several seating chairs and desk space. Overall we had a great stay.

Apartment units are excellent, equipped for remote work or vacation stay, very clean and well thought out. There is one minor draw back, the building is next to the train rails, used for the regular regional traffic.

Clean, comfortable room with great A/C. Solid breakfast.

I arrived on Sunday, September 29. Neither my reservation with Expedia nor the hotel's site mentioned that the hotel front desk as well as the hotel is closed on Sunday. Luckily I received an email from the hotel a few days before my arrival that advised me of this and the fact that I had to access the key for my room at a lock box at the front door of the hotel using a code sent in the email and thus I was able to let myself into the hotel and my room. Quiet stay among the hills. Great staff. Food was very good. Nice alternative to the hustle and bustle of the city.

Highly recommend this quiet hotel in quiet Schertberg, Austria. Friendly staff spoke English. Room was better than expected. Modern, clean located in center of town. Easy access to surrounding area. Fitness center and spas were a nice touch.
